Sales Representative
Summary: Siesta Brands sales representatives assist the Management team in the performance of his/her duties. Sales representatives always act as team player, are responsible for achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and profitability growth as well as understanding, practicing, and being a strong proponent of the Siesta Brands company and company culture. The Sales Associate is a retail professional role model in attitude and appearance, skilled in the art of communication and customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to our diverse customers.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products.
- Maintain a knowledge of products, sales, promotions, and store policies.
- Prepare sales and installment contracts, arrange delivery and facilitate special requests/orders.
- Process payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organized showroom floor.
Qualifications and Skills required:

Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
