Sales Representative

Summary: Siesta Brands sales representatives assist the Management team in the performance of his/her duties. Sales representatives always act as team player, are responsible for achieving sales goals, customer satisfaction, and profitability growth as well as understanding, practicing, and being a strong proponent of the Siesta Brands company and company culture. The Sales Associate is a retail professional role model in attitude and appearance, skilled in the art of communication and customer service.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to our diverse customers.
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products.
  • Maintain a knowledge of products, sales, promotions, and store policies.
  • Prepare sales and installment contracts, arrange delivery and facilitate special requests/orders.
  • Process payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy and organized showroom floor.

Collections Representative

Siesta Brands is looking for a competent Collections Representative to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. A Collections Representative will strike a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments. They should exhibit professionalism and trustworthiness; excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as an ability to work independently.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
  •        Review expired accounts and communicate with customer to promote timely payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of past due activity.
  • Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
  • Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
  • Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
  • Process payments and refunds
  • Resolve billing and customer credit issues
  •     Complete understanding of Siesta Living/Siesta Sleep’s finance contracts.

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English and Spanish, via phone and in person.
  • Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
  • Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Patience and ability to manage stress
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Valid Driver License preferred

Warehouse/Delivery Driver


Siesta Brands is looking for reliable Warehouse/Delivery Driver a who is concerned with customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe, timely manner. The Delivery Driver will pick up and drop off items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. They should be willing to work as part of the delivery team in order to ensure that the items are complete, packed correctly, and safely delivered to the correct client.


Responsibilities Include:

• Work with warehouse team to locate and unbox furniture to prepare for delivery.

• Perform pre-trip inspections on assigned trucks to ensure that they are in good working order.

• Assist in loading furniture onto delivery trucks, ensuring that they are properly stacked and safely secured.

• Drive assigned trucks on predetermined routes, ensuring that priority lists are adhered to.

• Safely unload furniture at destinations and assemble products.

• Unload shipping containers of inventory at the warehouse and assist Warehouse management teamin placing inventory in designated areas.

• Ensure that all common areas (loading dock, dining, office, restrooms) are maintained clean and tiny and without debris from unboxing.


Qualifications and Skills required:

• Valid driver's license
• Be over 23 years of age.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Ability to move, maneuver and lift heavy furniture (75+ lbs)

Previous experience not required, but preferred. 
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
